This is the 4^th time we have done something wrong with this customer.

She got the one on the right.  It’s supposed to be like the one on the left.

The 2^nd image is the correct size so it needs to be exactly like that one with the curved back.

It appears that if the cushion on the right was curved like the one on the left it would be spot on.
