Pricing Errors

Despite our efforts to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, PatioHQ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed, or payment has been received. We will promptly notify you and issue a refund if necessary.

Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipments are delivered to the ground level at the front of your address. Customers are responsible for transporting items from the curbside and for any necessary assembly. Freight deliveries may require coordination with the carrier. If you require specialized services such as ‘White Glove’ delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order. Orders are typically shipped via UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers depending on size and weight.

Clearance

Clearance items include surplus, refurbished, previously ordered new, or scratch-and-dent products. Inventory is limited and subject to change. Clearance offers are non-combinable with other promotions and are not valid for resellers. PatioHQ reserves the right to cancel clearance orders for any reason, including pricing or inventory errors.

Coupons

• Our coupons are intended for single use only.
• Coupons cannot be used on sale/clearance items or combined with other discounts.
• Valid only for specific payment methods including Visa, Discover, MasterCard, or American Express purchases only.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be applied toward taxes, shipping, or handling.
• Custom products, including cushions, are excluded unless otherwise specified.
• Coupons expire as specified and may not be applied retroactively.
• Certain products may be excluded from promotional discounts. This includes, but is not limited to, newly released items that, by law, are not eligible for discounting in specific jurisdictions. Custom cushions, replacement parts, and select other items may also be excluded from promotional pricing.
• PatioHQ does not honor competitor coupons. Additionally, customers may choose to either apply for a promotional coupon or request a price match for a lower price on a qualifying item—but not both. Coupons cannot be applied to items that have already received a price match adjustment.

Product Descriptions

PatioHQ makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product listings and descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are complete, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in unused condition per our return policy.
