Most orders are shipped via LTL Common Carrier. However, a smaller package will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Your order’s production time depends on the products you select and the shipping option. The estimated shipping date and delivery date of your order is visible at the time of checkout.

We calculate shipping charges based on the products in your order. The exact amount appears on the cart page before checkout.

Our products are competitively priced and offer the highest quality. However, we do run special promotions occasionally. Just sign up or subscribe to get regular updates.

If there is any error from our side, we do send a replacement on priority, ensuring that the return and replacement request is reported within 7 days of delivery. Check our complete return policy here.

Made-to-order cushions cannot be canceled once the order is placed. However, standard cushion orders may be canceled prior to shipping.

If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, a 10% restocking fee will apply. In this case, we recommend that customers refuse delivery. Once the items are returned to our warehouse, a refund (excluding the restocking fee) will be issued according to our standard return process.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and note the damage with the delivery carrier. Reach out to us at support@patiohq.com with your name, address, and order number to report the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

If the damage is discovered after accepting the delivery, notify us at support@patiohq.com within 24 hours. Any exchange requests beyond this timeframe will incur a 10% processing fee.

To expedite resolution, include clear photos and a written description of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable) in your email. Providing detailed information helps us resolve your issue quickly and efficiently.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase to process your order.

Sales tax is calculated after entering the shipping address. Orders shipped to Illinois will include applicable sales tax.
